What to Expect on Your Free Consultation

Booking a first consultation shouldn't feel like a commitment you can't see the end of. Here's the honest walk-through — what happens, how long it takes, and what it does (and doesn't) obligate you to.

The four steps

1

Complete a short intake

Before you talk to anyone, you fill out a private questionnaire about your health history and what you want to improve. It takes a few minutes and helps your provider make the most of your time.

2

Meet your medical team

You connect with a licensed provider by phone or video. They review your intake, listen to your goals, and answer your questions. No script, no pressure.

3

Get your plan

If you're a fit, you receive a clear, personalized plan. Any recommendation is subject to clinical evaluation and eligibility determined by the practice — and every next step is your decision.

4

Track and adjust

Care continues after day one. Your plan can be reviewed and adjusted over time as your body responds and your goals evolve.

How long does it take?

The consultation itself is usually just a few minutes. You'll walk away knowing whether we're the right fit — that's the whole job of the call.

What it costs, and what you owe

Your initial consultation is complimentary. It carries no obligation: it exists to understand your goals and options, not to sell you something on the spot. If a plan makes sense, you decide whether to move forward.

Consultations are with a licensed provider and are for adults 21 and older. This page is general education, not medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer. New here? Start with How Online Functional Medicine Works.
